Return Process

  Log in to your Comet account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
